- Go to https://userportal.eu.safenetid.com/PHEC8SB5LV/login
- Click on Start.
- Insert your STA username and click on Login.
- On the following screen, click on Add additional authenticator.
Note: the maximum allowed devices is set to two. - An email with a verification code has been sent to your associated email address.
- Select Submit on the screen to add the Authenticator App.
- Select the Operating System of your choice.
- Install the application and scan the given QR code. Follow further instructions in the app.
