SigningHub user passwords can be reset at 3 levels:
- User Level
- Enterprise Admin Level
- SigningHub Admin Level

User Level
When a user doesn't remember their password, the option "forgot password" Forgot Password appears in the bottom right corner:

When provided a new security question, security answer and 2 times the same new password, the user is redirected to the login screen and can resume working in SigningHub.
SigningHub Admin Level
A password reset can also be triggered from the SigningHub Admin console.
Go to Users and search for the account which password should be reset.
Click on the three dots on the right and select Reset Password.
The result of this execution is the same as a password reset from the enterprise admin level. An email will be sent and a new security question, answer and password can be chosen.
When provided a new security question, security answer and 2 times the same new password, the user is redirected to the login screen and can resume working in SigningHub.
