Not installed in userspace
  • SigningHub gives message KeySign connector not installed



  • https://vo-connector.keysign.eu/ gives message not installed



  • Check if  C:\Users\[end user]\AppData\Local\KeySignConnector  is present

Let the installer be run by the end user (download link in SigningHub error message)


Sandbox not started

New version  KeySign Connector 3.2.5 will be released , date TBC

In urgent cases : change ksc.keysign.eu to localhost in  C:\Users\[end user]\AppData\Local\KeySignConnector\t1c-sandbox-service.bat

Wrong version installed

Let user install the V3 version via the link in SigningHub /  https://vo-connector.keysign.eu/


Card not connected error
  • Verify card connected correctly
  • In case it is connected but still not detected verify the connector and card type

Citrix / RDC/ Terminal server
  • Use of RDC / Citrix / Terminal environment
  • First install the KeySign Connector Proxy
  • Users install the KeySign Connector as they normally would via pop-up in SigningHub
  • In case users have already installed the KeySign connector before the proxy was installed they will have to re-install the connector

Reverse Proxy
  • KeySign Connector will not be recognized
  • Client system uses proxy
