Unregistered user - User account deletion

Problem

The user can't sign his contract.

Solution

The customer works with unregistered users only. Due to a mistake in early configurations, user accounts have been wrongfully registered onto SigningHub. This gives such an error.

  1. The user account on the shared SigningHub needs to be deleted.
  2. The customer must reshare the contract to the user's e-mailadress.
