Statistics

This feature is part of release 24.2

Introduction

The statistics report provides an overview of the volume and quantity of the objects of a customer.

The statistics are refreshed once per day → results are delayed up to 1 day

For records, the report is divided into two categories
- Record: All record types
- AipRecords: Only API record types (Media, Mh2Collection, Dossier, Document, etc) excluding Classifications and Representations

The calculation is made based on the database using the metadata field Technical.FileSize and does not take the following into account
- The storage of browses/keyframes/thumbnails
- The storage by additional copies of the data (e.g. backup or vault copy)
- The storage of access representations (included in the “Record” report, excluded in the “AipRecord” report)
Permissions
- ADMIN_VIEW_ALL_ORGANISATIONS For requesting the statistics across all organisations
- ADMIN_ORGANISATION For requesting statistics of your organisation
  - ADMIN_VIEW/EDIT_ALL_ORGANISATIONS For requesting statistics of other organisations
