Records Clean-up Policy

Introduction

Logically deleted records are automatically and permanently removed from the system after a grace period. By default, the grace period is set to 180 days. Since version 25.3, this grace period is configurable per organisation via the organisation setting permanent_delete_grace_period. The value must be specified in days.
