Manage records function
Users with the MANAGE_RECORDS function are automatically assigned to the Administrator group(s) of their organisation. Membership in this group grants access to all objects within the user’s organisation. The system adds the administrator group(s) automatically each time the user is loaded or requested, regardless of whether the function was assigned directly or through a role.
When the index is shared, and the user also has the ADMIN_EDIT_ALL_ORGANISATIONS role, they are automatically assigned to the Administrator groups of all organisations, granting access to edit objects across all organisations.
This functionality is developed for API use, frontend wise you can only see the effect in the all objects or published page.
