KeySign Connector Remote Installation

When needing the KeySign Connector Remote (v3.5+) for Citrix/RDP.

KeySign Connector Remote installation on the Citrix/RDP server (ask your system administrator)

1. If a previous installation of the KeySign Connector exists, uninstall the existing KeySign Connector and remove the existing files under C:\users\<username>\Appdata\Local\KeySignConnector for both the RDP/Citrix server and user profiles.
2. Download the KeySign Connector Remote and execute the downloaded installer.
3. Accept the agreement in the installer and click Install.
   
   
   
   
   
4. When Windows asks, click Yes to allow the application to make changes to your computer.
5. The installation of the KeySign Connector Proxy is completed. Click on Finish.
   
   
   
   
6. The user(s) under the Citrix/RDP environment do not have to install the KeySign Connector for themselves. Above steps taken are enough.
7. make sure connections to https://ksc.keysign.eu:52183 are allowed on the system
8. Test the KeySign Connector by signing with eID.
