- If a previous installation of the KeySign Connector exists, uninstall the existing KeySign Connector and remove the existing files under C:\users\<username>\Appdata\Local\KeySignConnector for both the RDP/Citrix server and user profiles.
- Download the KeySign Connector Remote and execute the downloaded installer.
- Accept the agreement in the installer and click Install.
- When Windows asks, click Yes to allow the application to make changes to your computer.
- The installation of the KeySign Connector Proxy is completed. Click on Finish.
- The user(s) under the Citrix/RDP environment do not have to install the KeySign Connector for themselves. Above steps taken are enough.
- make sure connections to https://ksc.keysign.eu:52183 are allowed on the system
- Test the KeySign Connector by signing with eID.
