The Certify option is an Adobe specific standard that is supported by SigningHub , this causes it to be impossible to add any new fields after the signing has been done. This setting can be managed on 2 levels , either in the workflow creation , or in the Enterprise Settings.
Note that the method in workflow creation has to be done on every new workflow you want this option to be turned off in.
Step-by-step guide
- Create a new workflow
- Upload your document
- To the right click on the Certify Options button
- Check if the Certify checkbox is checked , in case it is click it to turn this option off
- Save the setting once its turned off
