The Certify option is an Adobe specific standard that is supported by SigningHub , this causes it to be impossible to add any new fields after the signing has been done. This setting can be managed on 2 levels , Either in the Enterprise Settings or during Workflow Creation

  2. Advanced settings
  3. Turn of the Certify Document option
