New Workflow Certify

The Certify option is an Adobe specific standard that is supported by SigningHub , this causes it to be impossible to add any new fields after the signing has been done. This setting can be managed on 2 levels , either in the workflow creation or in the Enterprise Settings.
Note that the method in workflow creation has to be done on every new workflow you want this option to be turned off in.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Create a new workflow
  2. Upload your document
  3. To the right click on the Certify Options button


  4. Check if the Certify checkbox is checked , in case it is click it to turn this option off
  5. Save the setting once its turned off
