Steps
The steps 2-3-4-5 deliver a list of reports to the REST API such that it returns those reports to the front end. Up to version
24.4, these steps do not exist and a hardcoded list of reports was returned instead.From version
25.1we introduce a new category of Module Plugins named “Business Intelligence”. Such plugins will refer to the BI connector that functions as a synchronous external plugin and implements the BI connector REST contract (to be defined) for returning reports. This BI connector will allow integrators to add other BI tools if desired.The definition of the BI connector also specifies the optional name of the custom workflow that fills out the reporting database
