How to clear your browser cache
Clearing your browser cache may resolve various issues related to using our services, such as slow loading times, outdated content display, or website errors related to old and outdated cached information.
Your browser cache stores temporary data, including images, scripts, and other elements from websites you visit, to help speed up your browsing experience. However, this cache can sometimes become outdated or corrupted, leading to issues.
Clearing Cache on Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome on your computer.
Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
From the dropdown menu, select "Clear browsing data."
In the Clear browsing data window, select “All time” as the time range and check the box next to "Cached images and files."
Click on the "Clear data" button.
Once the process is complete, restart Google Chrome to apply the changes.
Clearing Cache on Mozilla Firefox
Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer.
Click on the three-line menu icon (hamburger menu) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
From the dropdown menu, select "settings".
In the Options/Preferences tab, click on "Privacy & Security" from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
Click on the "Clear Data..." button.
Ensure that the box next to "Cached Web Content" is checked.
Click on the "Clear" button.
Once the process is complete, restart Mozilla Firefox to apply the changes.
Clearing Cache on Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
In the Settings menu, navigate to the "Privacy, search, and services" tab.
Scroll down to the "Clear browsing data" section and click on "Choose what to clear."
Select “All time” for the time range and check the box next to "Cached images and files."
Click on the "Clear now" button.
Once the process is complete, restart Microsoft Edge to apply the changes.
Clearing Cache on Safari (Mac)
Open Safari on your Mac.
Click on "Safari" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings..."
In the Preferences window, click on the "Advanced" tab.
Check the box next to "Show features for web developers"
Close the Settings window.
Click on "Develop" in the menu bar.
From the dropdown menu, select "Empty Caches."
Once the process is complete, restart Safari to apply the changes.
