E-mail attachments

During ingest (2.0) of an email, attachments can be extracted as child objects. To achieve this in version 24.3, the setting extract_email_attachments must be enabled for an organisation. From version 24.4, this setting is converted to a module EXTRACT_EMAIL_ATTACHMENTS with plugin EXTRACT_EMAIL_ATTACHMENTS. To activate the module, an organisation can be linked to the module.
