API Monitoring is available from version 24.3 and only for administrators of large multitenant environments.

Metrics

The metrics view displays the Java application memory, CPU, response time, cache usage, and database usage. The data is stored for a long duration and provides insights into the API usage over longer periods. In the MediaHaven Monitoring application, there is a link called “Metrics”.

Information

The metrics provide the following information

  • Resources (CPU, memory) used by the API

  • The API calls

  • Memory and garbage collection

  • Caching
