Check if technical user/API user exists

To verify if an email address has been registered within an enterprise.

1. Log on and select Enterprise Settings.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Users and insert the email address into the search bar to check whether a technical user exists.
   
3. If a user exists, you will see a result with an existing user.
