Link Button for KSC 3.5.x

The backend for the keysignconnector has a change in the user experience from 3.5 onwards

All the steps up to clicking on the signature field remain the same but on the signing screen an additional button appears

before being able to proceed to the certificate selection you will have to click on the allow access button.

after that you can select the certificate as usual and proceed with the signing, the allow access will be cached so this button will not have to be clicked for every signing , the consent is for the entire user session.
