KeySign Connector usage


Usage

When creating a workflow, signature fields can be added to each uploaded document. These signature fields can be assigned to a specific person, whom should sign this on their turn in the workflow.

When the user clicks this (digital) signature field, the signing process is started.


One eID card

Firstly, a window appears like the following:

Here one can choose the visual representation of the digital signature. This can be text, a drawing of a signature or even a picture.

Note the Certificates section, which automatically selects the certificate when only one eID is connected to the computer.

Click Sign Now.

A pop-up will appear where the PIN code of the eID card should be inserted:

Insert your PIN code and select OK to complete the process of digitally signing a document.

Two or more eID cards

Firstly, a window appears like the following:

Here one can choose the visual representation of the digital signature. This can be text, a drawing of a signature or even a picture.

Note that under the Certificates section, the right eID card should be selected to sign this document with.

When the right eID card has been selected, click Sign Now.

A pop-up will appear where the PIN code of the eID card should be inserted:

Insert your PIN code and select OK to complete the process of digitally signing a document.



Result

The document has been succesfully signed.
