Special Groups

Introduction

In order to facilitate the https://mediahaven.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CS/pages/3938746383, the system assigns a number of special permissions to records. Auto-assigned permissions can never be removed or filled out differently because the system overwrites them under the hood.
