Adobe CC: Installation

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to https://zeticon.mediahaven.com/adobe
  2. Choose the version that matches the version of your MediaHaven installation (Note: Pressing the F1 key in the MediaHaven management module will show you what version you need)

  3. Windows

    1. Download the correct .exe
    2. Most likely, a windows will pop up saying "Windows protected our PC, ..."
    3. Click on "More info" > "Run anyway"
    4. After that, the installation will start and you will need to click "Yes" one more time when prompted

  4. Mac

    1. Download the correct .pkg
    2. A window will pop up notifying you that "adobe...pkg can't be opened"
    3. Click "OK"
    4. Go to "System preferences"  

       "Security & Privacy"

      "adobe_extension..." > "Open anyway"

      (Note: This needs administrative privileges)
    5. You will be greeted with a pop-up. Press "OK" to continue

  5. Follow prompts to finish the installation
  6. Open the Adobe product where you wish to use the plugin
  7. From this point on, you can follow the documentation to help you set up the plugin
